How to Make Tteokguk?

Material = Rice cakes (400g), Beef (200g), one egg, Welsh onion (20g), Soy sauce (2 spoon), sesame oil (1 spoon), minced welsh onion (2 spoon), minced garlic (1 little spoon), Pepper (1/4 spoon)

Let's make it!

1. Rice cakes chops by oval shape and washes in cold water.
2. Put beef 150g and welsh onion 20g in the pan and adjust saltiness with liver and cook clear soup flavored with soy sauce
3. Remained beef 50g with minced welsh onion, hardening garlic, soy sauce, chemical seasoning, black pepper, is roasted for Gomyoung (garnishing).
4. Boil rice cakes in the pot after cook clear beef soup flavored with soy sauce.
5. Cook eggs in the pot after cook white rice cakes.
