Established in 1999, the Voluntary Agency Network of Korea (VANK) has served as a cyber-based tourist guide for foreigners who would like to have more information on Korea. It has also operated the Internet Community named Friends of Korea Club to help interested foreigners make friends with Koreans.

Now, VANK intends to start the Seoul Breeze program to help foreigners in Seoul, who number close to a million, enjoy their life and better understand Korean culture based on the successful promotion of Friends of Korea Club.

Seoul Breeze will enable you to get to know the history of Seoul and the information you need concerning sightseeing opportunities, culture and everyday life in the city called the Soul of Asia.

Please plan to visit Seoul where friends you’ve made through the Seoul Breeze program live. Many young Korean are ready to be your friends and serve as your tour guides in the city.
